Eufaulas 2025-2026 Lakefront Events
to Boost Tourism and Community Spirit

Eufala

Eufaula, nestled along the stunning shores of Oklahoma’s largest lake, is preparing an exciting array of lakefront events for 2025 and 2026 aimed at boosting tourism and enhancing community engagement in McIntosh County.

The Lake Eufaula Association’s Annual Golf Tournament is set for September 26, 2025, at Arrowhead Golf Course. This event will feature a 2-Man Scramble format, with prizes for Closest to the Pin, Longest Drive, and a Hole-in-One Challenge. Registration costs $55 for course members and $75 for non-members, including a BBQ lunch and a 9:00 AM shotgun start.

On October 11, 2025, BARKtoberfest will return, supporting Porches for Pups and local animal rescues such as Chasing Miracles Animal Rescue and Husky Halfway House. The event promises family-friendly activities and pet-focused fun for all attendees.

The Vision Eufaula Wine and Art Festival, scheduled for September 6, 2025, will highlight local and regional artists, live music, and kid-friendly activities in downtown Eufaula. This festival will also showcase the town’s vibrant hand-painted murals.

In the winter of 2025, the Lighted Boat Parade will light up Lake Eufaula with festive boats, offering a spectacular view from popular spots like Sammy’s Surf Shop and Xtreme Cove Marina.

Looking ahead to 2026, the Whole Hawg Days & Poker Run, planned for July, will deliver a two-day celebration. This event will include a rodeo, parade, barbecue cook-off, car show, and a unique poker run that participants can enjoy by boat, car, or motorcycle around the lake.

These diverse events are designed to attract visitors to Eufaula’s impressive 800-mile shoreline while fostering stronger community bonds.
